Water Hill Blackberry Liqueur is produced from our Michigan distilled fruit brandy to which we add more Michigan blackberries and cane sugar. The resulting liquor is rich, decadent and intensely flavored. There are no additives or flavorings here – it is made with 100% real Michigan blackberries.
Named for the Ann Arbor neighborhood in which our distillery resides, Water Hill Spirits are our fruit and brandy based products. We tend to push the envelope in creating a Michigan version of classic international spirits. All are distilled from Michigan fruits and grains.
