We are happy to partner with the best food vendors in SE Michigan to bring our guests a wide variety of dining options.  Most vendors serve from 5 – 8pm, or until they sell out.  Come by to enjoy some delicious food with our grain to glass craft cocktails, or stop in to take food home along with your favorite Ann Arbor Distilling bottle, or our canned cocktails to go.  Enjoy!!

Pizza Pazza 5-8pm

We are PizzaPazza. A mobile food truck featuring Neapolitan pizza fire baked in our onboard wood fired oven. Featuring the highest quality cheeses, pure & simple sauce & premium toppings, our pizzas bake in just 3 minutes ready for you and your guests to enjoy.

We utilize a pre fermented Poolish to make our unique dough. This technique helps us develop better flavor, an open crumb and aids digestion.

We use only Premium King Arthur Flour in our dough because their flour contains no bleach, no bromate, and no artificial preservatives of any kind.

Empanadas are classic South American comfort food. Warm and savory, or sweet and spicy, the empanada is a pocket of flavor that’s great for lunch, dinner, or an appetizer!
Empanadas are like turnovers stuffed with tasty meats, cheeses, fruits or vegetables.

Silvia lovingly makes every empanada by hand and prepares them in the traditional Argentinian style.

Cook and owner Silvia Parra McCarthy was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to Northville, Michigan in 2008. She is a former veterinarian with a passion for cooking. As a mother of 5, she’s used to feeding a crowd. She opened her food truck in 2020.
