ARBOR SUMMER GINTASTING NOTES
Featured Cocktail:Summer Swizzle
At Ann Arbor Distilling Co., we’re tired of industrial-grade spirits that taste more like butane and less like a beverage. So we set up shop to be able to build our spirits from scratch. Not every boutique distillery has the setup or the vision to start right from grain and manage the process all the way to your glass. One sip, and the difference is clear.

Water Hill Absinthe Violette uses the classic ingredient list of wormwood, fennel and star anise, along with other, less common ingredients that pay homage to the terroir of Michigan, such as hops, linden and elderflower. The resulting spirit is a unique violet hue that transforms into a cool lavender when the spirit is diluted.
