This limited production spirit is produced by taking a few barrels of our Fox River Michigan Whiskey and finishing it in our used Bourbon barrels which had just recently aged locally produced Maple Syrup. The Whiskey is then bottled and showcases a slight, yet unmistakable Michigan Maple Syrup character. Not too sweet, and a pure expression of what our State has to offer.
