Water Hill Aperitivo

Water Hill Aperitivo is distilled from locally grown grains then infused with citrus and botanicals.  The finished product is highly herbaceous and slightly bitter.  Aperitivo is our version of a classic Italian bitter liqueur – and makes a superior Negroni or Aperitivo and Soda, among other classics.
