Water Hill Absinthe Violette

Water Hill Absinthe Violette is produced from a Michigan brandy base to which we add over 12 herbs and botanicals, including star anise, anise seed, wormwood, fennel, lavender, hops and wild Michigan blueberries.  It is bottled at 120 proof, yet maintains its delicate and nuanced flavor.
