Arbor Spring Gin

Part of our award-winning seasonal gin series.  ARBOR Spring Gin is distilled from Michigan grown non-GMO sweet corn along with over 20 botanicals including Honeydew Melon, Beetroot, Orris Root, Rose, Linden Flower, Basil, Mint and Hibiscus.  Spring Gin is our lightest Gin and features a very pleasing floral aroma and taste. 

Arbor Fall Gin

Part of our award-winning seasonal gin series.  ARBOR Fall Gin is distilled from Michigan grown non-GMO sweet corn along with over 20 botanicals including cinnamon, clove, sage, nutmeg, cedar, oak moss and thyme.  After distillation, Fall Gin is aged in our Fox River Bourbon barrels to add color, character and complexity.

Arbor Summer Gin

Part of our award-winning seasonal gin series.  ARBOR Summer Gin is distilled from Michigan grown non-GMO sweet corn along with over 20 botanicals including coriander, kola nut, watermelon, tomato, strawberry, rosemary and black pepper.  Summer Gin is herbaceous, complex and reminiscent of a warm summer afternoon.

Arbor Botanical Gin

Inspired by our local Botanical Gardens, ARBOR Botanical Gin is distilled from locally grown Michigan sweet corn and over 10 Michigan-grown botanicals including chamomile, rosemary, peppermint, lavender, wild bergamot and fennel.  It is a very versatile gin that showcases our state’s broad agricultural diversity.

Arbor Winter Gin

Part of our award winning Seasonal Gin series.  Winter Gin is made from a local non-GMO corn base spirit, to which we add over 20 botanicals, including fresh Norwegian spruce needles, peppermint, kola nut, cocoa nibs, oranges, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, juniper, vanilla bean and many more.
